On the day of the appointment, our consultant will let you know they’re on the way. Once they arrive, they will usually discuss your particular needs or concerns, and tailor a solution or system that will address your needs. You can provide approval on the spot, or you can approve online at a later date.
On installation day, technicians arrive and are usually in teams of two. This ensures the quickest delivery possible of a system. The product is often pre-programmed, and where possible, deployments are designed to be done as efficiently as possible. Cable concealment is one of our key specialties, and this aspect of workmanship is given a lot of detail. Systems are tested, polished, and presented to the customer at the end of the process.
Post installation support
If you ever need help, instructions, or any information relating to your system, you can check in with our support team via phone, email or our online support system. This is a free service for the life of the system, and our friendly support staff will provide you with any technical info or instruction that you may need.
